38 fighter jets and six navy vessels are flown by China near Taiwan.

In the most recent instance of the regime's military escalation since it held war games around the island earlier in April, more than 38 fighter jets and other warplanes from China's military flew close to Taiwan.

The event was notified by Taiwan's defense ministry on Friday in its daily summary of Chinese military activity over the previous 24 hours.

Six Chinese naval warships were also spotted surrounding Taiwan beginning at 6 a.m. on Thursday. to 6 a.m. on Friday, according to the ministry, in what appears to be part of the Chinese regime's effort to intimidate Taiwan.

The current aerial demonstration comes after the Chinese authorities dispatched 42 airplanes and eight navy vessels toward Taiwan on April 8 as part of a three-day military drill simulating shutting off the island.

The decision appeared to be in response to a meeting between Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen and US President Donald Trump. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) is the Speaker of the House.

The Chinese dictatorship sees such gatherings as boosting Taiwanese voters and politicians who favor formal independence for the island, a move that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) believes would lead to war.

According to Taiwan's defense ministry, 19 CCP aircraft went beyond the Taiwan Strait's middle line and entered Taiwan's air defense identification zone (ADIZ), a region that Taiwan monitors to give it more time to respond to threats.

Although the Chinese regime does not recognize it, the median line serves as an unofficial barrier between Beijing and Taipei. CCP military planes have routinely breached this border since last year.

Five SU-30s and two J-16s were among the 19 aircraft. It also contained the TB-001, a new type of Chinese combat drone that Chinese official media claims can carry a huge weapons payload.

According to a map provided by Taiwan's defense ministry, the drone traveled over Taiwan. It initially crossed the Bashi Channel, traveled up Taiwan's east coast, and finally back toward China's shore.

According to the CCP's state-run media, the TB-001 is capable of high-altitude, long-range sorties and can transport missiles under its wings. There were no guns fired, and the Chinese aircraft, despite entering Taiwan's ADIZ, did not violate Taiwan's airspace.

Following a civil war that ended with the CCP in control of the mainland, Taiwan and China split in 1949. However, the CCP claims Taiwan as its territory, despite the fact that Taiwan has never been a member of the CCP.

The CCP has sworn to assert its sovereignty over Taiwan, even if it means using force. However, the Taiwanese government denies such claims.
